I'm gaining weight, yes i have more fat now. but the thing that bugs me is that only my thighs and stomach have extra fat. my hands are the same old same, not getting any fat. My jeans are tight now. I don't really like thi so i'm going to excercise and not just stay at home, online 24/7 and eat. need to jog, do some sit ups, push ups and eat healthy food. so i'm going to change my daily routine starting today!
1.wake up early!!!
2. like usual, take care of my hygiene
3. eat breakfast;nothing heavy like cereal and milk
4. do some stretching
5. go outside and play or excercise
